Delete Account
How to permanently delete your FLEETZERO account and associated data.
FLEETZERO users can permanently delete their account and associated game data.
Delete inside the app
Open FLEETZERO and go to:
Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account
Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion.
Request deletion without app access
If you can no longer access FLEETZERO, send an email to:
Use the subject FLEETZERO Account Deletion Request and include your FLEETZERO callsign.
We may request additional information necessary to verify that you are the owner of the account.
Never send your FLEETZERO password.
What will be deleted?
- FLEETZERO account/profile
- Callsign associated with the deleted account
- Authentication account
- Friends and friend relationships
- Challenges
- Leaderboard information associated with the account
- Player statistics and game-related account information
- Other account-linked FLEETZERO data that is not required to be retained
Data that may be retained
Limited information may be retained where necessary for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory reasons, and only for the required purpose and period.
Important
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted progress, statistics and other deleted account information cannot be restored.
